Wayne drove me to the hospital this morning early to get my chemo port, or mediport, installed. The roads are very slick with a 2” thick sheet of ice covering them. He drove very slowly and we got here on time. Thanks, honey.
Today as I prepare to start chemo, I am thankful my other treatments have gone well. I have fatigue sometimes but was able to work this week until the snow days kept us home. Chemo starts Wednesday so please pray for everything to go well. I have pre-treatment medications to take and they are cautiously proceeding due to my severe allergies. Please pray for me to be able to take the chemo drugs and do well with them.
Our meal train is going well and we appreciate many friends that have helped us so far. The meals prepared and restaurant gift cards have been super!
